Food diary 15.1.17

AM – shake (F1 + susu strawberry + air)

snack – no snack coz i actually threw-up the protein shake that i had after aquarobics (kesan sampingan setelah bertahun tak exercise)

lunch – nasi satu senduk, ayam sambal + 1/2 ikan kerisi goreng (tolong habiskan ikan abah hehe)

snack 2 biji mini epal

another snack – half kepak ayam bakar (somi bawak balik wehh, kena la makan..)

Dinner – ikan kerisi goreng (yupp – tolong habiskan ikan abah jugak..!)
