AM – shake + sekeping tompi

Brunch – kacang phol + sebiji telur

Lunch – sirap limau + sayur toge + tahu

Snack – air kotak lemon barley + 2 keping tompi

Dinner – sambal sotong + telur + sedikit kentang

Air dapat minum 3L saja hari ni
